EEnglish Breakfast Tea is a very broad definition and doesn't refer to an exact recipe or blend; each manufacturer has their own version of it. Generally English Breakfast is a blend of black teas which should gives a richly coloured liquor, full-bodied flavour, and relatively high caffeine level. Most often it is blend of Assam`s, Africa`s and Ceylon`s black teas. Our Traditional blends refers to very old style of English Breakfast and is made of:

Assam for its body, briskness, malty and strong flavour; Kenya for spiciness and deep colour; Ceylon for citrusy, flowery notes and more complex flavour; Yunnan for strong taste. In different proportions.

Our experienced and highly skilled friends special to Tea Paradise appointment have created four blends:

Blend Number 1 specially designed to cut through the traditional fatty English breakfast. Milk, cream, lemon, sugar depend on preferences.

Blend Number 3 for strong flavour lovers to cut through the traditional but not fatty English breakfast, with or without milk, cream, lemon, sugar.

Blend Number 4 for more complex, muscatel like flavour lovers, best without milk, cream, lemon and sugar.

Classic: 2 to 3 grams, 200 mills of water at around 95+ C degrees, (best with boiling water) up to 3 mins.

After you have finished brewing, take the leaves out of the cup/teapot – if they remain in the water too long, they start releasing tannins. Tannin makes tea taste bitter, inhibits absorption of magnesium and iron which are necessary for the body to function properly.
